Splash Pad Rules
• All persons using the splash pad do so at their own risk; no lifeguard on duty
• Children over the age of 12 are not permitted at any time
• All adults age 18 and over must be accompanied by a child, age 12 and under, at all times, limited to a maximum of 2 adults per child
• Secure your personal belongings. The LeFrak Center at Lakeside is not responsible for lost or stolen articles
• Water shoes are strongly recommended
• Please do not drink the water
• Persons with a stomach illness or a digestive disorder are prohibited
• Persons with open cuts, sores, or infections are prohibited
• Pollution of the splash pad, particularly urinating, discharge of fecal matter, spitting, and blowing of the nose, is strictly prohibited
• Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper covered by swim trunks
• Pets are prohibited at all times
• Running, jumping, and rough play are prohibited
• Tampering with any equipment, including water jets and light fixtures, is strictly prohibited
• All participants must conduct themselves in a courteous and safe manner
• Glass articles, drinks, liquids, food, or food containers are not permitted on the splash pad or the perimeter
• Skateboards, rollerblades, skates, bikes, scooters, and similar types of recreational equipment are prohibited
• The throwing of stones, debris, trash, or substances of any kind is strictly prohibited
• The splash pad will be closed during inclement weather, including but not limited to thunder and lightning conditions
• Management reserves the right to close the splash pad at any time due to safety, weather, maintenance, or other operational concerns
• Climbing, standing on, or jumping from spray equipment or from the surrounding splash pad perimeter is prohibited
• Electronic devices of any kind are prohibited
• Any person destroying property, equipment, risking the safety of others, or found in violation of any of the rules will be ejected
